The overall design is executed in traditional Balinese materials and organization. Each room is a separate structure, with simple parts of natural wood and stone topped with alang alang (thatched roofs), offset by intricate and interesting ornamental touches. Villa Ombak Luwung Accommodation
From the main entrance, one proceeds down a shady pergola-lined walkway to the central plaza. On all sides, you will note massive stone mural-partitions depicting scenes of Balinese village life. In your proper stands a two-storey construction which floats on a giant lilly-pond. The bottom flooring of this constructing is configured as a research/library/media room and will also be used as a fifth bed room with en-suite and out of doors shower. Upstairs, one other bed room offers sea views, an en-suite lavatory and a gorgeous Chinese wedding ceremony bed.
Look to the left from the plaza and you will see the wantilan, a traditional Balinese dwelling room. That is the guts of Villa Ombak Luwung, with its snug sitting area looking out to the pool and the ocean beyond. The wantilan is complete with a powder room, moist kitchen and sound system on your enjoyment. Beside the wantilan is the kitchen and air-conditioned dining room with seating for up to ten.
